How do I create my first chatbot?

After signing up, go to your dashboard and click 'Create Chatbot'. Fill in the chatbot name, industry, and tone. Then upload your documents or enter a website URL to crawl. That's it!

What file formats are supported?

Currently, we support PDF files for document uploads. You can also crawl any publicly accessible website to extract content automatically.

How does the website crawler work?

Our crawler uses Playwright to render JavaScript, navigates your website intelligently, removes popups and ads, and extracts clean text content. It respects robots.txt and only crawls same-domain pages.

Can I customize the chatbot appearance?

Yes! You can customize colors, position (bottom-right or bottom-left), greeting message, and upload a custom logo. All settings are available in the Dashboard → Settings page.

What happens if the chatbot doesn't know the answer?

Unanswered questions are tracked in the Fallback Tracker. You can review these questions, add custom answers, and the chatbot will learn from them.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, secure password hashing, and multi-tenant data isolation.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from Dashboard → Settings → Billing. Your chatbot will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
